In Kathmandu, the police are targeting a retired government warrant in Kalanki in Kathmandu in the case of shooting on Monday, but they have been closing so far.

Rather they are confused after the result of a ballistic test of bullets. This bullet was in the room of ex-bureaucrat Bishnu Prasad Sharma’s teenage daughter.

While investigating the matter, the police had earlier found that Sharma’s neighbor Shubhankar Khanal had obtained a license to keep guns. Police then made a Ballistic Lab test to find out whether the bullet shot from the gun or not.

However, according to SSP Uttam Raj Subedar, head of Metropolitan Police Range of Kathmandu, the result was negative.

The police had arrested Kharel in connection with the case but later released him after failing to collect any evidence to prove his involvement in the case.
